Moraira is a first-class tourist resort with excellent facilities and services. It has eight kilometres of coastline, and three magnificent beaches of fine sand alternating with small, rocky coves. Enjoy restaurants, fiestas and handcraft products sold in small shops and a street market. Large open market every Friday morning and in the summer evenings market stalls line the streets selling local arts and crafts.
It was originally a small fishing village within the municipality of Teulada, has grown into a holiday and retirement resort within the last 25 years.
The village centre, with its small and colourful Main Street, still retains much of the original character and atmosphere.

| Playa del Portet. It is a small beach, rather quiet and has transparent waters. Facilities such as restaurants, showers, parking area and an office or the Red Cross are available. |
L'Ampolla. This beach is located at the foot of the castle with lovely golden sand. It is the largest and most popular beach in the area, with an excellent range of facilities such as games, hammocks, a watch tower, restaurants, an office of the Red Cross and a parking area. |
