Payment and Booking Agreement
A booking deposit of 25% of the total rental for the duration of your stay must be paid to confirm your booking. Aston Black will hold your provisional booking for 48 hours to enable you to check flights and personal arrangements. The booking deposit is non-returnable in the event of any cancellation notification, which is required in writing by post or email and signed by the person who made the booking. The balance of rental due together with security damages/breakages deposit is payable by 8 weeks before your date of arrival. For any guest booking within 8 weeks of their arrival date, payment must be made in full. Aston Black reserves the right to re-let the accommodation if this condition is not met. Aston Black will issue a booking form to your home address for signature and return and will also send the document electronically by email. Please ensure you check the booking document for accuracy before signature and advise all required information regarding your stay. The submission of the guest's deposit indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which form a part of the contract between the guest and Aston Black.
Rental Period
The property rental period is from 3pm on the day of arrival up to 10am on the day of departure, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Occupancy
The property is booked for normal holiday use only. The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum occupancy as stated in the details of Aston Black's website, unless prior request is made for a baby cot or similar. Pets/animals are not allowed except by prior consent of the owners. Please ensure that on vacating the property the accommodation is left as you found it, clean and tidy, removing all personal belongings and refuse/rubbish.
Keys
You are responsible for the keys of the holiday villa whilst they are in your possession and for their safe return to Aston Black. We will advise you on check-in to your villa how the keys should be returned. Should you lose the keys it may be necessary, for security purposes, to replace the locks in the property and renew the keys accordingly. The guest will be liable for all costs in this case. Handover and return of the keys will always be via Aston Black.
Inventory
Please leave the property, and all kitchen equipment clean and tidy with the inventory complete. Should you fail to do so and extra cleaners are employed or items of the inventory replaced, the guest will be held liable for all such costs incurred. A deposit is required to cover the cost of damage/ breakages. This is normally between £100 and £200, and is payable with your balance of holiday rental 8 weeks before your arrival. The deposit will be returned to you within 10 working days of your departure, less any amount in respect of damage/breakages and additional cleaning if applicable.

Whilst Aston Black takes every care in selecting all elements of your holiday property and its suitability for holiday rental, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage howsoever caused.
Building/Construction Work and Noise
Building/construction works are inevitable in certain areas. Unfortunately such work is completely outside the control of Aston Black and we do not receive advance notice of when this may occur. Our holiday properties tend to be in mature and private locations where building work is at a minimum. Aston Black is not liable for any disruption, disturbance, inconvenience, or diminution of enjoyment of the guests' holiday arising out of such building/construction work howsoever arising.
Power
Properties in Spain are sometimes allotted a limited amount of electricity (around 6 kilowatts). Although it happens very seldom, the use of too many appliances at the same time will flip a circuit breaker and shut off the electricity. This does not mean that there has been a power failure, only that a breaker in the house has been triggered and needs to be switched back on. As in the U.S. and other European countries, the panel is often located inside the house. Please be careful to limit the simultaneous use of electrical appliances. Please also be aware that general power outages do occur.

Website Accuracy
All information contained on the Aston Black website has been compiled from up to date details and we have taken great care to ensure its accuracy. There may however be occasions when an advertised facility is either modified or unavailable. Such situations may be dictated by local circumstances, necessity for maintenance, local construction work, water shortages, adverse weather, fuel shortages, power cuts, and other circumstances beyond our control. If we are advised of this, we will of course inform you as soon as possible, but we cannot be held liable in such circumstances.
