•     OUTDOOR WALLS: Hollow concrete blocks, set with 2Ocm-thick cement, with 3cm air cavity filled with 15 Kg/m2 expanded polystyrene plaques, and partition wall with 7cm hollow bricks, set with cement, as per architect's project.

•     INTERIOR WALLS: Interior partitions in 7cm thick bricks, coated with plaster.

  • DRAINS, PLUMBING AND SANITARYWARE: Plumbing. General water installation and outdoor distribution via polystyrene pipes. Interior hot and cold water installation via copper pipes. Hot water supplied by gas boiler. Installation of two outdoor water outlets.

Sewage. Sewage transferred via PVC piping directly to the main network. Sanitary ware. White vitrified ceramic sanitary ware, Roca brand, model Dama or similar.
